Built to Live Past
One Hundred.

Centenarian OS is a longevity accountability app for health-focused men 50+. Track the four pillars that actually move the needle — in under 5 seconds a day. Everything stays on your device. No account. No cloud. No exceptions.

The Four Pillars

Close All Four Rings. Every Day.

Inspired by Peter Attia's Medicine 3.0 framework. Each ring represents a pillar of longevity that most fitness apps don't track at all.

Blue Ring

Hydration + Creatine

Hit your daily water goal and take both creatine doses. Creatine is one of the most evidence-backed supplements for muscle preservation after 50 — this ring makes sure you never miss a dose.

  • Daily water goal (default 128 oz)
  • Morning creatine dose (7.5g)
  • Afternoon creatine dose (7.5g)
Red Ring

Protein Intake

Log four protein entries of 30g or more throughout the day. Each intake must hit the 30g threshold to trigger the muscle protein synthesis signal — smaller doses don't count.

  • 4 separate protein entries
  • Each entry must be 30g or more
  • Protein goal adjustable in Settings
Green Ring

Movement

Your training checklist changes each week with the phase rotation. At the gym or traveling with just a kettlebell — there is always a path to close the ring.

  • Gym path: phase-appropriate strength + finisher
  • Travel path: two kettlebell complexes
  • Deload week: Zone 2 session
Purple Ring

Journal + Mind

Morning sunlight and a daily journal entry. Prompted by rotating questions drawn from Peter Attia, Arthur Brooks, and the science of longevity psychology. Your entries never leave your phone.

  • 10 min morning sunlight
  • Daily journal entry saved
  • 12 rotating prompts — swipeable

The Metrics That Actually Matter

Zone 2 Cardio

Log duration and average heart rate. Your personal Zone 2 range is auto-calculated from your age and resting HR using the Tanaka + Karvonen method. Nasal breathing toggle included.

BOLT Score

The Body Oxygen Level Test from Patrick McKeown's Oxygen Advantage. A built-in stopwatch measures your breath-hold tolerance — a direct indicator of aerobic efficiency.

Dead Hang Timer

A key Centenarian Decathlon benchmark. Track your personal best each week. Grip strength is one of the strongest predictors of longevity and all-cause mortality.

Training Phases

Auto-rotating 4-week cycle: 5/3/1 or PPL Power, GVT Volume, Bodybuilding, Deload. The Movement tab adapts to your current phase every week. Override in Settings at any time.

Weekly Recap

Every Sunday: Zone 2 minutes, strength sessions, protein consistency, BOLT delta, dead hang delta. Letter grades for metabolic adherence. Three reflection prompts to commit to next week.

Sleep, Energy, Stress

Five-tap daily scores in the Journal tab. The app watches for two consecutive high-stress or low-sleep days and surfaces a Recovery Mode alert in the Movement tab.

Privacy

Your Data Never Leaves Your Phone.

Centenarian OS stores everything — your journal entries, health metrics, heart rate zones, and personal targets — exclusively on your device using Apple's SwiftData framework. No account is required. No data is transmitted to any server, ever. Not even the developer can access your data.

No Account Required

No Backend Server

No Analytics SDKs

No iCloud Sync

The app includes a single banner ad on the Dashboard. The ad network (AdMob) operates under a separate App Tracking Transparency permission prompt. All health data, journal entries, and personal metrics remain on-device regardless of ad consent.

The Science Behind It

Seven Books. One App.

Every feature in Centenarian OS is grounded in one of these books. This app claims no affiliation with any author.
